Thank you for shopping at DesireCart. Please review our shipping policy below so you know what to expect when placing an order for our THC-infused beverages.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States only, and only to states and jurisdictions where the sale and delivery of THC beverages is permitted by law. Orders shipping to restricted locations will be cancelled and refunded.
It is your responsibility to confirm that THC products can be legally received in your state, county, and municipality before placing an order. DesireCart is not liable for orders that cannot be delivered due to local regulations.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During peak seasons, promotional periods, or high-demand windows, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there is an unusual delay.

Delivery times are estimates and begin after the order has been processed and shipped. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier performance, your location, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you do not receive this email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at support@desirecart.store.
5. Signature and Age Verification at Delivery
Due to the THC content of our products, an adult signature (21+) may be required at the time of delivery. The recipient may be asked to present a valid government-issued photo ID confirming they are at least 21 years of age.
If the carrier attempts delivery and no eligible adult is available to sign, the package may be held at a local carrier facility for pickup or a second delivery attempt may be scheduled. DesireCart is not responsible for delays caused by failed delivery attempts.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to:
- P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
- International addresses (outside the United States)
- States or local jurisdictions where THC products are prohibited or restricted
If your order is placed with a restricted shipping address, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, or if your tracking shows it was delivered but you did not receive it:
- Damaged packages: Contact us at support@desirecart.store within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.
- Lost packages: If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your order, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier facility. Then contact us within 7 days and we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. DesireCart is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@desirecart.store — we may be able to update the address if the order has not yet shipped.
9. Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no external branding, product names, or descriptions visible on the outside. We package our beverages securely to minimize the risk of breakage or leakage during transit.
